What do I need to do to get my Lumina Running?

First get a cat. I'll bet the air cleaner and other parts of the car have been home to mice. Change all the fluids. ALL! That's a long list, don't forget the brake fluid. Rubber hoses, belts and vacuum lines should all be checked for cracks, soft spots and...mouse chews. Might as well throw on a set of spark plug wires while you are at it. Other things will come to mind as you progress. Good luck. Try to siphon it first if no joy you may need to drop the tank. A pain in the butt but ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
