Faulty fuel pressure regulator?

I have a 90 lumina 3.1 sedan. My car died yesterday and wouldn't restart. Replaced the coil packs and it starts but dies. When I took off the air hose it was full of gas. Left it off and noticed gas comes out of the air intake and then it dies. Prior I had a miss at idle and slight miss when driving. Just this week I noticed bad fuel mileage. Any ideas?
