Help with my chaos monarch deck?

look up this deck on google, youtube or yugioh wikia because you said chaos monarch in the title but chais lightsworn in the description just asking and the deck needs alot of help, if i were to rate this deck it would be a 4.5/10 and there is no monarchs in the deck???? hope this helps:D
