1 month due for delivery and scared like crazy. some advice plz!!?

Ok, you might say, what a Winni, and yeah it doesn't make sense to me either but here it goes. I'm 33 years old and i have had 3 pregnancy's and they all when well. My last daughter she now is 7 and 1/2 years old, but yeah i get nightmares, i think about it so much, I get extremely stressed out just thinking about it. Part of it is my fault for watching live deliveries online, they are tooooo real. help plz...
