Boy or girl from Sonogram Picture?

It looks like a girl to me! I had one of the "old" ultrasounds with my daughter,and it looked exactly the same way. If one from an old piece of equipment was done well enough to look that much like the newer equipment,I'd have to say a girl,and that the tech was right,and the dr is wrong. I don't see anything even resembling a little boy.
